Ugh! Wallpaper is a great nemesis indeed! I tried removing wallpaper at my old house but gave up! I do not understand how if you want wallpaper, it inevitably peels off in spots all over, but if you try to remove some it is so damn steadfast! If I had my druthers, my house would have absolutely no wallpaper.... Just painted walls.
